Salesforce Administrator

A client in the Philadelphia area is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team. This position will be predominantly remote, but requires the ability to go onsite.

Main Responsibilities Include

  • Serve as primary system administrator and subject matter expert for the --Salesforce environment and other Business Intelligence tools.

  • Tackle administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, upgrades and other routine tasks

  • Manage and maintain relevant third-party integrations

  • Regular interaction with Operations, Sales and Finance teams, developing a deep understanding of department-specific business processes with the goal of developing real-time dashboard reporting with meaningful key business indicators

  • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems

  • Translate user requests/requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products

  • Extract data and provide analytics from Salesforce and other related platforms.

  • Contribute towards deadline driven month-end, quarter-end, year-end reporting and investor communications

  • Develop and maintain necessary policies and systems surrounding business intelligence tool use and future developments

  • Own the quality of data completeness and integrity across all Salesforce program management systems

  • Prepare and publish timely reports

  • Other operational duties as required

  • Background in Healthcare, Medical Devices, Biotechnology, or similar field

  • Experience with SQL or other programming languages

  • 2-3+ years Salesforce administrator or related experience, in a high-tech/SaaS high-growth environment

  • 3+ years of experience in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI), advanced Excel capabilities.

  • Experience launching and completing third-party software integrations

  • Experience working cross-functionally with a team of diverse professionals and a rapidly changing environment

  • Bachelor's degree
