We design, develop, and operate hotels using software and process innovation to drive down costs and increase revenues. We are seeking a Director of Sales for our company to lead group and corporate sales efforts across our branded and independent properties.
Responsibilities
Manage all inbound and outbound sales efforts across our properties.
Develop and leverage key relationships with strategic partners, corporate clients, and travel agencies.
Work closely with Revenue Management to define sales plans for all properties.
Work closely with Revenue Management to develop scalable methods for executing on sales plans across all properties.
Increase the perceived value of the Life House brand within the industry.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in hotel sales.
Granular understanding of hotel revenue management and its relation to sales.
A network of existing contacts that can be leveraged for revenue growth and strategic initiatives.
Qualitative Requirements
An analytical mindset, with an ability to understand and define ROI targets.
An ability to think through hotel sales from a first principles approach - with an excitement to deviate from the status quo where it makes sense.
An ability to always be thinking about automation and scalability.
High attention to detail and project management skills, able to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, strong grammar and writing skills.
