Job Description
Responsibilities
Process inbound invoices for order reconciliation, providing a seamless & accurate experience for our clients
Own all the day-to-day operations of setting up new vendors with product catalogs, account settings, and vendor preferences, ensuring that our customers can hit the ground running
Be an expert at setting up new products on the platform and optimizing catalogs to help each client reach their goals
Lead catalog improvement initiatives and contribute to other product data projects
Work closely with the Enterprise Team to examine our operations, processes, and make suggestions with scalability in mind
Continuously brainstorm ways to improve the vendor and customer experience
Qualifications
About You
You have at least 6 months of experience in an Operations or Data focused role with demonstrated proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
You are familiar with basic accounting and finance concepts.
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are naturally curious and apply creative thinking to solve problems
You are self-motivated and able to work in a team environment
You are able to prioritize autonomously and ask for advice or help when necessary
You are an excellent and collaborative communicator across both written and verbal mediums
You are a self-aware, team-focused asset who can provide insight into process optimization
