We are looking for a head of global PR to ensure that the breakthroughs are popularized but not exaggerated and communicated in a way that excites the public and focuses the attention of the young scientists on AI-powered drug discovery.
You will be leading a small global multidisciplinary very diverse team of PR managers, and consultants managing approximately 2-3 significant announcements per month. These announcements may be industry partnerships, published research papers, software releases, or, most importantly, advances in the internal therapeutic asset pipeline. You will report to the CEO and will communicate with the board of directors, legal team, business development and scientific teams.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is a senior communications officer at a major university responsible for promotion of academic publications and preclinical and clinical results, with experience in capital markets.
At least 10 years of experience in PR and publicist roles
Proven record of PR actions resulting in coverage in top media outlets
Experience in supervising global PR in high-technology sector
Experience leading a team
Basic familiarity with the Asian markets, WeChat, QQ (the company has a dedicated PR manager in China)
Native English speaker with impeccable written and spoken communication skills
Experience in capital markets and knowledge of the restrictions, regulations, and best practices of PR in capital markets
