Job Description
Negotiatus is looking for an experienced, results-driven Demand Generation Manager to build & scale our Demand Generation function. This person should have expertise in crafting and executing successful demand generation programs, while collaborating closely with sales, SDRs, and external agencies & vendors. We are looking for someone with a strong appetite for growth who can take full ownership of integrated campaigns, uncover new opportunities, and move quickly.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation programs, which include, but are not limited to, paid media, email, webinars, SEO/SEM, and ABM.
Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs and sales pipeline, while closely monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage.
Work with the Head of Marketing to monitor and report on campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs.
Manage the Marketing Demand Generation budget and efficiently allocate capital to ensure we are hitting our team OKRs.
Partner with the SDR team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes in conjunction with the Marketing Operations team.
Own campaign strategy and implementation plans with execution support from copywriting, design and product.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a Demand Generation role and executing end-to-end campaigns in paid digital, email marketing, SEM/SEO, webinar channels, and ABM channels.
Experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along the buyer's journey.
You are a self-starter with excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines.
Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
A plus if you have experience leveraging HubSpot marketing automation and Salesforce CRM for the creation, execution, and measurement of campaigns.
